Justin Bro began his insurance career in 2005.  Prior to joining Retirement Insurance Specialists, Justin worked for SCF Arizona as a Sales Executive.  During his time at SCF Arizona, Justin provided workers’ compensation programs to some of the largest employers in the state. Justin also worked in business development for Applied Underwriters, a division of Berkshire Hathaway, in Omaha, NE.  At Applied Underwriters, Justin worked with employers across the country with a focus on California & Arizona.

Justin joined Retirement Insurance Specialists in 2011 and is now an owner.

Justin received his bachelor’s degree in business management and Spanish from Buena Vista University in Iowa.  He holds insurance licenses in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health.

Mark Molina has over 10 years of Sales, Marketing, and Management experience including Medicare Home Health and Workers Compensation. Mark was most recently the director of Angels Care Home Health in Omaha, NE focusing mainly on working with Medicare. Mark received his bachelors degree from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE.  He also spent 7 years in the United Stated Army Infantry and is now brining his leadership qualities to RIS.

Mark joined RIS in 2013 and is now an owner.
